I have so many friends who are living gluten-free lives. I always feel a little twinge of guilt when I publish recipes that contain flour (which is pretty much every recipe) because I know that some of my regular (ie: favorite) readers are
home crying into their gluten-free crispix, disappointed that they will not be able to eat the deliciousness that comes out of my kitchen.
